I wanted a simple gold candle holder for taper candles. Since I was using a decorative candle ring I wanted a simple design. Check the diameter of your candle - mine were a little smaller than the opening but wax dots kept the candles straight in the holder.

These were a little smaller than I though they would be but they actually are nice to dinner tables because even with a tall taper candlestick you can still see your guests and its not too overwhelming. Would be perfect for weddings or tablescape where there is a lot going on on the tables- not so great for decorations as a stand alone item.
