Love this. I havent had any issues with tarnishing so far. Its a sturdy piece. I would say it can be unisex. Great starter chain for kids/teens. Sits nicely. Shines beautifully. And great value. I would recommend.

Always cautious about gold plated inexpensive jewelry but so far so good with this chain. It has a nice weight, nicer than ultra fast fashion junk, the quality seems good in terms of appearance and wear, and it is easy to get on and off. Durability is still up in the air; I don't wear jewelry like this in the shower or during summer because the moisture tends to affect really cheap finishes, but might take this for a few spins since the finish doesn't appear to be super cheap. I also like the choker size as I have a small neck and struggle to find this length chain (that is also in stock and affordable). It wears well and doesn't itch or feel like anything other than a necklace; I don't even notice it while wearing. Overall, this is a staple piece and given the price, I'd have no issue getting a few, wearing them out, and replacing them (it looks that nice). Would be great for younger folks who are learning to be responsible with nice things - kids love jewelry too, but you don't want to start off with real gold other than the special occasion stuff. Much nicer than the stuff I had access to as a kid (Claire's, lol)!

My wife is pretty particular when it comes to chains. Her kids, long ago gave her, her first Cuban styla chain. She has cherished it ever since.So when I was to give her this chain it had to live up to the long timed standard for her.I am glad to report that this chain did just that. She really likes the quality, the workmanship, and the function of the chain. It lays and moves as it should. Nothing worse than a cheap chain with burrs that literally binds up on your neck while wearing it.This chain is quality for the money, value for your hard earned moolah, and of a standard that your loved one will appreciate, for years and years to come.
