Itโs small enough you can easily take it places, but playing it on the go would be tough. Playing at a bar or restaurant, a place thatโs naturally noisy, would probably work. Itโs fun enough and easy to play.

Who knows if sacrifices of (fake) Gold and Silver will appease the dice gods or not but the electroplating certainly doesn't make these any easier to read. Shiny surface, no contrast, shallower than normal (plating after drilling) dimples these are tough to read up close let alone form across a table (lost star). I'll be experimenting with a couple different inks to see if i can add some contrast but not sure about permanency. I didn't do any sophisticated testing but these dice do seem as random as any other mini dice I have, doubtful they're perfectly balanced but for most casual games including the dozens that Gold Cup has on their website, they will work well. You can certainly purchase 36 mini dice for less, you won't get the electroplating or variety of colors in a cube (3x3x4) though so these might make great extensions as variants for those sets if you regularly need to marks some dice as different than the masses. 12 Silver, 12 Gold and 2 each of translucent Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Purple, and opaque Black all with easy to see white pips.Nice to know the dice cup and lid are food safe shot glasses and their measurements should the need arise but cleaning up after such a game night might be harder than the trusted and true purple drawstring bags so many of us have used for years...

Just ordered a set after my friend recommended them, and it was immediate fun for everyone. I really like the gold and silver dice, and the gold cup and barrel are a nice carry option.Great addition to my travel scrabble, and cribbage while weโre camping and bringing to holiday parties this year.

Dice games are popular with my gaming group so I had to give this one a try. The container is small so it is very portable. The lid is child's safe so you need a little umph to get it off. Yes, the first time we took off the cap we had dice spillage. I love the gold and silver dice. They look great and feel good. The dice are smaller than your average dice (think Sagrada game size). You need to follow their QR code for game instructions/ideas. I wish they printed their exclusive game on card. The barrel is sturdy plastic with their QR code imprinted on it which is fantastic.

โฆ..although I find two small, niggling issues.First, it is difficult to open the container without spilling the dice. That will probably become easier once it has been opened several times, but at this point it is a bit frustrating.Second, these are small dice. I donโt particularly mind that, but for some games or rules these are definitely not โregulationโ.

There's nothing wrong with these dice. They roll well. The chrome/gold ones are cool. Being smaller than standard is nice for rolling several at once through a dice tower for table gaming. The container keeps them contained nicely. There is a card with a link to their website with rules for several dice games. That said, these are a horrible value. search for 6 sided dice if you need a large supply of dice. I'll use them, but I'd never have ordered them if I weren't in Vine.
