A few months ago, I made a whiteboard using thick whiteboard vinyl over a metal board. Since then, I have been searching for a trim I could use to frame it, and this black trim perfectly matched what I was envisioning. Its subtly intricate pattern adds just the right amount of visual interest, transforming my sterile whiteboard into something more refined and cohesive with my decor. I also like that at 0.75 inches thick, it frames the board without encroaching too much on the writing space.Installation was relatively straightforward, although cutting the trim proved a bit challenging, particularly since I wanted a diagonal, picture frame-style format. To address small gaps at the corners, I used hot glue and touched up the joints with black paint for a seamless finish. It's worth noting that while the adhesive backing is impressively strong, it does have a rather pungent odor when working with it. Fortunately, the smell dissipates quickly once the trim is affixed.☑ Positives + Looks good+ Strong adhesive+ Comes with a decent amount of trim☒ Negatives - Pungent adhesive (When attaching)- Somewhat challenging to cut

I took a chance on this product. Either it was going to be amazing in person, or a flop. Well? I’ll still end up using it, but I’m not impressed. In person, it just looks cheap and gaudy. The finish Is yellow and garish. Fortunately, it’s made out of PVC, so theoretically, it can be painted. I haven’t tried this yet, so I can’t say for sure as to whether it will actually work or not. But for this price, I shouldn’t have to alter it. It will end up looking fine in the end as long as you don’t look too close. The adhesive isn’t the best, but I can use glue with it.

Looks really great and adhered well. I have a Samsung tv but not a framed TV. My TV is very thin and this worked perfectly. I purchased black and added rub and buff in European gold.

Doesn't stick well at all. I used it to trim out my desk and when I came in the office the next morning, the trim was on the floor, also, it's got a pearl like shimmer which doesn't show in the picture.

Thinner than I expected but will work for my purposes.

I got this thinking it would be like a chair rail or molding for the ceiling. But it’s only an inch or so tall. I realized it is more for adding edging to a dresser or mirror or frame. Once I realized that, it opened up many possibilities to use it. I love that it’s thick and the pattern is very crisp and detailed. The adhesive seems strong. And the white color is perfect - no need to paint! I’ve added this to an old dresser and it makes it look vintage and fancy.Be sure to use tin snips or heavy duty scissors. It’s thick and hard to cut with just the scissors I had at my desk.Great purchase! Great product!

I decided to makeover this not quite an entryway—not quite a hallway area in my home. As soon as I knew I’d be wallpapering it I came across this product. It’s such a cost effective way to add a nice touch when decorating. The adhesive works really well and the color is vibrant. I realized that it’s probably a good idea to cut one edge a little longer when you have to join corners because otherwise the white inside the strip will show. It’s pretty unsightly. That or you can use gold paint or nail polish to seal the ends. I cut a small piece to patch it temporarily but it’s an easy fix.

This is large trim as described in the listing (see dimensions advertised). I up not using it as a border to my kitchen wallpaper because I felt the pattern was a little too busy and I was worried the large grooves would get dust and debris caught in it from the kitchen and be a pain to clean. In another setting, this trim would be good, it just wasn't what I needed for that project. The material seems well made and should hold up to use/cleaning. The adhesive is sticky-it reminds me of those gel glue things that hold flyers and mailers closed that you get in the mail. There is quite a bit of length in the roll.

When this peel and stick trim arrived, I was curious to see how flexible it would be and whether the color would match what I saw online. Right out of the box, the gold tone looked nice—not too shiny or fake-looking—and the roll was a good length for a few small projects I had in mind. It has a soft, almost rubbery feel to it, and it was easy to unroll and cut to size.I used it to trim around a mirror frame and also added a bit to the edge of a plain cabinet just to give it a little more character. It stuck on without any extra adhesive, and I didn’t have issues with corners lifting or peeling. The backing peeled off easily, and once it was in place, I pressed it down for a few seconds and it stayed put. I did wipe down the surfaces first just to make sure there wasn’t any dust or residue. The size is narrow enough to look neat and not bulky, but it still adds a finished touch to the edges. It’s also nice that it can be trimmed with regular scissors—no special tools needed. I haven’t tried removing it yet, so I can’t speak to whether it leaves residue, but so far it’s holding up well and looks clean.Overall, it’s been a simple way to add a little detail without too much effort, and the quality feels solid for a lightweight trim like this.
