The dummy door handle is perfect for decorative or non-functional doors. Easy to install, sturdy, and has a sleek design that adds a nice touch to any room. Great quality for the price!

I was exhausted after putting on these doorknobs. I have installed doorknobs before and sometimes they stick but on these, 3 of the 6 I had purchased were sticking and would not lock. When you put the lock on, it would stick and it was very stiff. So you could close the door but would not be able to lock it. I went through a lot of redoing since the 3 doors that did not work, I had to call Amazon and do a report and then have them send me new doorknobs. I realized it was a defect since when I got the new doorknobs, I was able to get them to lock, and only 1 of the 6 or 2 of the 6 did not lock. They need to get these right because the labor that goes into installing these is an issue for me. I did not have time to redo these but I did - I was under tight guidelines trying to put my home on the market.The seller did make good and they sent me a new set without questions, but that's not going to make up for the lost time because my labor is important to me. NO I will not buy these again because the defect cost me time. I would like to say to steer away from purchasing these and pay a little more for doorknobs that are not defective.

Overall, very happy with these. They look great and are a really good value over buying from a big box retailer. Just changed every doorknob in my home to these.PROS: They look great, come packaged really well, are super easy to install - for the most part - and are very affordable. They've really changed the look of our home interior and we're thrilled with that.CONS: The strike plates. The latches don't always line up. I installed 12 of these so far and at least 5 of them will require me to chisel out more space in my frame to move the strike plates down so the doors will latch and close. Really makes no sense and it's aggravating. The opening in the strike plate is rounded, rather than square, and its just enough to make the latch not catch in some of my doorways. Just time-consuming and a pain to have to mess with it to get it right.Also, they feel just a little bit flimsy. This doesn't bother me as much, but they're not quite as heavyweight as the Schlage handle sets I replaced.

We renovate houses and I used these dummy knobs to elevate the closets. We removed old bifold doors and installed painted slab doors and used these knobs. Very pleased with the final product!
