My husband owns a car lot / mechanic shop and we have been getting a ton of electric vehicles in so we have been desperately needing some nice adapters like this because we don't always have the correct charging thing or enough for all of them so we decided to get this to help. This came very well packed and secured and everything was perfectly as described in the ad. Nothing was damaged from delivery and everything was super easy to use and very simple and straightforward. Definitely slid on and fit like a glove with no problem. Just be sure you review all the makes and models that this is compatible with before you get it just to be sure that it would be a good fit for you. As long as you do that everything fits nicely and functions as intended. It's the perfect size and it has plenty of power behind it it charges just as good as the name brand charger we also have.. very impressed with the quality and the craftsmanship and definitely think it's worth it. It does not get too hot while it's charging so it has good heat control and it is 100% compatible with our vehicle that we needed it to be. Plenty of vehicle compatibility. Definitely a great value for your money and a solid 10 out of 10 great quality product

I received this product today and attempted to use it at a Tesla station. It worked great I had no issues connecting it to my car, which is a Mustang mock E. The adapter appears to be well built with no issues. The product did not get really hot but I didn’t use it for a long time. It is a little heavy here than I thought it would be, but that is no problem. My only issue is the box that the product came in look to have been open and I just hope that it hasn’t been used, especially when I paid full price.

Charging speed is normal and I haven't experienced any thermal issues. The unit feels like it has good build quality and will be durable over time.

This adapter feels sturdier than the one that came with my Ford, but when I tested it, I found that the NACS charger was extremely difficult to remove from the adapter. It took quite a bit of effort to work it out, which was a hassle.However, the main reason I'm not recommending this adapter to anyone is that it doesn’t meet the Terms of Service (TOS) of Tesla or most other automakers. Both companies specifically require the use of certified adapters that are approved by the manufacturer, and this one is not. If you damage your supercharger or charge port by using this adapter, you could be responsible for repairs, and it could even void your warranty.It’s just not worth the risk, especially since you can get an authorized adapter for only a little bit more!

The adapter is well-built with robust construction, and it easily converts the NACS (Tesla’s charging standard) to CCS, allowing our Rivian to tap into Tesla’s Supercharger network.The charging performance is impressive and it fits securely and connects seamlessly with Tesla Supercharger stations.We love how easy it is to use—no complicated setup, just plug and go. It has truly expanded our charging options, and it’s great to know we have access to the extensive Tesla Supercharger network. The adapter’s design is sturdy, and it feels solid in hand. Whether it’s cold weather or rough conditions, it’s held up well, and we haven’t had any issues with durability.If you have a CCS-equipped EV like the Rivian or other compatible vehicles, this adapter is a must-have for convenient and fast charging on the road. It’s made our travel experience much smoother and stress-free. Highly recommended!

This charger worked perfectly out of the box. It's solidly built, heavier than it appears online, comes with instructions that probably aren't needed for most, and a handy carrying bag to protect it from dirt when it's not in use.I tested this right away with my Ford F-150 Lightning by visiting a local Tesla Supercharger that has been upgraded to work with CCS1 adapters. I pulled up and plugged the adapter into the truck. It was a snug fit, but not too tight. I then set up my Tesla account in the Tesla app on my phone, and in a few minutes, I was DC fast charging.If you're a Ford Owner and have an F-150 Lightning or Mustang Mach-E, you'll know the Public Charging on-screen app - and the app knows which Tesla Superchargers have been upgraded to work with your Ford when you use a CCS1 adapter. The upgraded chargers will show "Adapter needed" on those listings.A benefit of using the Public Charging app from your console comes when you set up your Ford Pass app to work with Ford's Blue Oval Charging network. Now that Tesla is in that network, you can pull up to a Tesla charger, plug in, choose the charge station from your console, and start charging right away, billed to your Blue Oval Network account. It doesn't get any easier.I've included a photo of the adapter plugged into my Lightning and two pics of the adapter from either side.If you didn't get an adapter from Ford, like me, I can highly recommend this one.
