I use it to listen to my vinyl records late at night. Connects directly to the audio output of my amplifier. Very easy to use, automatically connects to any Bluetooth headphones in "search mode".

I have a vintage turntable (not actually old, just made to look vintage) from LP&No.1. Getting into vinyl after being from the end of that era. The turntable has wired speakers. Wanting to get rid of the speakers, I purchased two speakers (True Wireless Speakers: Twin Portable TWS Bluetooth Mini Stereo Speakers), also from Amazon, along with this device. After two hours of combined charge time on the transmitter-receiver and the speakers, I was in BUSINESS! So easy to connect. The Golvery device came with the connector needed to transfer the vinyl sound from the red and white female connectors in the back of the turntable, into one male connector that then attached to the Golvery device. A quick Bluetooth connection later and Tres Hombres was coming out in quality stereo! Going to buy another set of speakers and the Golvery device more for the smart TV in the living room.

I did a bunch of research on these and this one seems like the best way to go. One of the things I liked about it was that I could keep it plugged in all the time. Many of the other ones out there run off of a battery and do not work while they are being charged. That seemed a bit crazy but I guess that’s what they thought was best. What I do with this one is I just leave it plugged in all the time. It’s easy enough to set up. You pretty much just push the button and hold it down until it starts flashing some colors. And then search for it on your Bluetooth device. It was that easy. I’ve had it now for about nine months and it has worked great. I can’t speak to how far away from the device you can get because I’m always in the same room. But in truth, even if this device is working perfectly and your Bluetooth sending device is somewhat weak, no Bluetooth transmitter is going to work well. But given my experience, this is worked great!

Using the Bluetooth Transmit function to watch movies while working out. Connected to the audio out RCA jacks on my TV. Using old BLE earbuds to watch the movie. Very slight audio lag with my headset, but not enough to matter - at least while working out. Bass is could be better, but that and the lag time could be because of my headset, not this product. I'm not sure if my headset support aptX low latency or not. There is a small amount of background noise, but that could be because I'm using the USB from my TV to power it.Setting it up can be a little confusing. There is one button to select between transmit or receive. Everything else (on/off, charge, pairing, etc.) is handled through a single button on the top of the device. Now that it is paired, I just need to remember to turn it off when I'm done watching my TV cuts USB power when off, draining the transmitter's battery. The device is about 1.5" in diameter and 0.3" tall. It includes multiple cable options including RCA to mini headphone jack, which was a major selling point for me.I have not tested it with two simultaneous headsets yet. I have not tested the receive function either. Will update this review if I ever use either. Since the unit only does one direction at a time, I assume you could not use it for phone calls or anything else that requires bidirectional communication.Overall, the price is good, the device is very small, background noise is minimal, lag time is minimal, and sound quality is good. Optional battery operation is bonus. It does what I want. I'll probably order another for a different TV.

I was hopeful when I first got this product. I read the instructions while it was charging for the first time. Showed it charged up fine, hooked it up to my tv, turned it on and tried to pair it with my BT headphones. No luck, even after trying several things. Then figures 'Well maybe it just can't find or pair with them.' So I try to pair it with my phone. Again no luck, even after trying several ways to pair it. Now getting kind of miffed, but try setting it up in my car and pair from my phone. Nothing. So upset and disappointed at this point I turn it off and leave it alone for several days before trying again. It's battery is dead. Wtf, here I thought if it was off it could last a heck of a lot longer, so whatever I'll just recharge it. Nope! Shows like it's charging for a very short time before the charging indicating light goes off. Tried using different usb to outlet connectors in different outlets and still the same result. What a waste of my money and i strongly advise anyone considering buying this product to do so only if you don't mind the risk of the money for it.

It works for a while then the audio keeps on skipping.Writing an update to my review:After I posted my review, their support team sent me a message, helping me out on troubleshooting and offered to send me a replacement. Kudos to their team! I now have a fully working bluetooth transmitter and receiver.

Worked at first try. Would be nice if functioning instructions would be somehow engraved on the device or on a label in the back so I don't need to remember and keep looking at the booklet, because they are kind of cryptic (pressing twice on the button, etc.). Also, it would be nice if it were self-powered by the USB, or at least sold with a USB charger (the unit comes without the USB charger). These two drawbacks are the only reason I give it a four, otherwise the quality of the sound is outstanding (I'm using it to play classical music on my stereo from my smartphone) and the pairing is flawless (the only annoyance is that in my case the power of the Golvery Bluetooth is connected to the stereo, so when I turn off the stereo, it also powers off the USB charger and when the Golvery unit comes back to life, it does not remember to pair again -- you need to press the button twice; this will either become a routine for me, or I will get an extra wire to power the Bluetooth unit independently from the stereo; however, I don't understand why it does not go by default into pairing mode once it has paired successfully ...).

This thing works great. It reconnects to my headphones every time. I have only had it for roughly a week so I can't attest to its longevity. However, I expect with care and no banging around it should last for quite awhile.Update: After about three months the left side channel went out and now I have to jiggle the plug around to hear anything in both ear pieces. I have removed two of the stars.
