This is hands down the most comfortable cot I've ever used! Setting it up was a breeze, and I’m impressed by how breathable it is, keeping me cool throughout the night. It's incredibly lightweight and portable, making it perfect for any outdoor adventure. We tested it with a 300lb weight limit, and it held up surprisingly well, providing solid support and comfort. It folds up effortlessly for easy storage and truly lives up to its promises. At just $79 on sale, it’s an absolute steal for anyone looking to sleep comfortably during their next camping trip. Highly recommend!

I'm getting old and beginning to not want to sleep on the ground anymore, even with a nice camp pad. First impressions of this cot is it's lightweight, not heavy in the bag and not heavy when assembled. The poles/side supports are solid, seem like they will hold up. The cot/bed material is lightweight but feels surprisingly thick. The cot is easy to assemble but you do need to be careful. The side poles don't clip into the legs but nest in them, so when you go to "clip" the second side down and the pole is not seated it can and will pop out and could smack you if not careful. As to the "clips", this might be the weak point of the cot due to durability. Though the cot/bed material is lightweight, it is kind of rough feeling mesh.

This holds my giant doggo and myself. It's easy to take apart and put together. It fits nicely in the little zipper bag. It has enough flex to be comfortable but not so much you worry about breaking it. The metal frame has plastic feet on it. It's very sturdy. This is great for camping or for giant doggies joints. The breathable mesh is great and allows airflow.

I do a lot of kayak camping and car camping and I’m really impressed with this Gonex camping cot. It packs up small and it’s very quick and easy to assemble. The sturdy aluminum braces go on quickly with reinforced latches. The cot fabric is a tough mesh that allows superior airflow. This is wider than most cots you will see, and it can handle the weight of larger people. This is a really good cot for car camping or even sleepovers. Believe me, a sleeping bag on a cot like this is light years better than sleeping on the floor or ground.

This cot is very comfortable. Usually, when I think of a cot, I think of it as way too firm, and I will need a camp pad for sure. This cot has enough give that I could comfortably sleep on it without a pad if needed. It folds down to a relatively small size and is easy to put together and disassemble. I weigh over 300 lbs, and this cot holds me just fine. It doesn't even feel like it's straining with me on it. The extra width is really nice for a big guy like me, as I tend to toss in my sleep and regular cot sizes are difficult to turn over on for me. It even has pockets for my phone and water bottle, I'm impressed by the attention to detail.

I was ready to leave a five-star review for this cot after I tried it out the first time. I set it up in the house and laid down on it. I immediately realized how much more comfortable this would be on a camping trip in a tent than my usual sleeping pad. I'd argue it even beats out an inflatable mattress for comfort with far more convenience. It's not much more to pack than a sleeping pad and provides a higher level of comfort. You completely avoid the ground. My only concern was whether or not the the cot legs would wreak havok on a tent floor. When the weather was nice enough to try it outside, I laid down a tarp and set up the cot, for the second time, on the tarp over the soft, muddy ground. I was again impressed at how well designed the legs were to absorb the effort of spreading apart the poles to give the cot it's shape and strength. The fold out lever on the handle gives you enough leverage to make the operation smooth. All was well - for a moment.I laid down on the cot and the bottom half immediately slammed to the floor. The plastic hook had snapped. There's so much pressure between the cot rails that I don't know if glueing it back together is going to be a viable option. I was lucky that I was only testing in my back yard. This break was catastrophic for the cot and would have easily put a damper on a camping trip. It's a really nice cot and I'm hoping the break I experienced was a fluke or user error, but I can't recommend this cot. My weight is 150lbs under the stated maximum. I would have expected it to hold up.

I love this thing.Pros:1) Super lightweight. (check specs)2) Super compact.3) The bag is PROPERLY sized. You don't have to spend minutes trying to figure out what order to place things in: just sort'a jam it all in and there's plenty of room.4) Very SIMPLE (almost self-explanatory) assembly. I tossed the instructions after the first assembly.5) The fabric has a nice give to it, making it very comfy.Cons:Only one, which is that there's quite a bit of tension in the cross rails. It takes an adult to put this together. The assembly instructions show someone using their upper body weight to squeeze the cross support between the rails, and I think it's pretty much the only way to do it. I'd rather not have to force the support into the ground, but it works and seems like it'll hold up anyway with the VERY thick plastic handles (and metal clips).
