The copper used for the fish is quite thin and doesn't look like it will hold up very long. The construction in general is flimsy. The weathervane may do fine in a garden, but no doubt will not last many gusty winds on a roof top. Best thing about this weathervane is that it is a 3D fish, which is pretty hard to find. The copper is polished but bare, so if a person wanted to keep it looking shiny, it would need a good quality exterior use clear coat. As for price, I wouldn't buy again unless it was on sale or listed less expensive.

I assumed it was a good quality product based on the reviews, but disappointed when it came in. The product is in very bad shape and came broken. Not happy with the purchase and I expected way better quality for the price.
