I bought a Goodman furnace, ac condenser, coil, and thermal expansion valve here after finding the same prices on the exact same equipment on all of the online sites. I thought as a long-time Prime member and making many, many purchases that the Prime membership would be a benefit if there were any problems. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT TRUE!!!First, we did not need the TXV which cost over $100. When I went to return it, I was told that it was unreturnable because it contained a compressed gas, apparently in the sealed sensing bulb. But I just received it in the mail??? So I eat the cost of a useless piece of equipment - not much a typical consumer can do with a TXV!Second, we found that the $625 Coil was over 30" tall when we opened the box. Wayyy too tall for our installation. So return it and get a shorter one, right?Well, in processing the return I find that I will have to pay the return shipping. No big deal, I don't like it, but what, maybe $50? No way! Checking USPS, UPS, and FedEx the cheapest is $360!!! This is not a huge box - maybe 24"x24"x30" - and maybe twenty-five pounds. So I have no option but to pay the $360 and send it.Finally, after a week, I receive a notice that they received the shipment and they charge me a 10% ($63) "restocking" fee. Although we know it was never "stocked" anyway since all this stuff is drop shipped from the manufacturer. Just an "additional overcharge" as Putty said.If any good comes from this nightmare, it will be stopping anyone from ever ordering here so they don't get screwed as I have. Forget that Prime membership - it is worth nothing.

The product was good the shipping was terrible unit came in damaged spent two hours straightening out the case
