The purchase, customer service and delivery were perfect. Stephen was on top of the shipment and the equipment arrived safely a bit earlier than expected. The heat pump is being installed as I write this, and I'll edit if something goes wrong, but I seriously doubt it, because the company is very professional The picture is taken through the window, because it started to rain. Is the best I can do right now. I'll probably upload more when the installation is finished. Very happy with the whole transaction!

Have Had nothing but problems with this Right now it's 15ﾟ outside and no heat in the house had the repair guy out 3 times already
