This gas furnace uses a selfadjusting feature that changes furnace to high or lowstage modes based on outside temperatures. It uses a durable 110V Silicon Nitride igniter to maintain a comfortable temperature in the home. This Goodman gas furnace has a heating capacity of 60,000 BTU.This heater comes from the GMH8 line of Goodman gas furnaces. This collection of Goodman gas furnaces has up to 80 AFUE (annual fuel utilization efficiency) rating. Many standard furnaces feature 60 AFUE, which means that this system can contribute to significant energy savings.This multiposition Goodman gas heater offers many installation options. It can be installed in upflow or horizontal left or right positions. This model features a low constant fan to improve the efficiency of air circulation in the home and a selfdiagnosing control board that saves the last five diagnostic codes in memory.
