At this price it's simply not worth bothering to replace a broken cord. Replace the whle thing with this in only a few minutes. The quality feels good but only time will tell. But, at this price you can't go wrong.

A useable replacement for pull starts on Chonda style clone engines as used on generators, small bikes, quads and some mowers. Perfect replacement for the pull start on my 6hp and 5hp generator engines. Handy to have a spare in case the pull cord snaps it is so much quicker and easier to swap the whole unit out and then mess about fitting a new pull cord. For the money it makes a perfect spare comes with mounting bolts in case they are needed and you even get a key ring for free.

Looked for a new pull start for my generator, measured the bolts holes and centre, and came up with this pull start, fits exactly and is good quality for the money.No problems so far and will probably buy again if needed
