After installing the pump slowly leaked, I ordered a new seal and found the one first installed had separated even though I greased everything making certain it never ran dry. The replacement seal (same brand) worked great after a few minutes running time.

Little thing pumps good keeps unit cool. Be sure to install white rubber gasket on backside of impeller. Sure would of been nice to get instructions or schematic ,but I figured out why a new pump leaked out of seep holes.White gasket behind impeller.

I’ve had it in the Helix for a hundred kilometres now and it seems to be working well. Only two bars showing on the dash at 30C weather.
