The product is great. Lots of fun. Battery life is only about a half hour or so, needs to be improved.

Out of the box fully charged it worked until the battery ran down. Took the cover off to recharge the battery. I held the boat with the bow down and water was dripping from the bow front. It is not waterproof. I charged the battery and put some glue around the bow to stop the leaking. It hasn’t worked since. The electronics are Definitely NOT water prof.

I like this toy. Me and my son took it out at the local pond the other day and It worked well and is easy to operate. My only complaint is that the range is only about 100-150 feet before it loses signal to the boat. Had to wait for the tide to bring it back to shore. I would recommend for the price and fun factor.
