The final product was great. Serves the purpose of kayak storage. However, the instructions leave something to be desired! Also, all the hardware comes in one bag. The bolts all look the same but they all don’t fit the same places! Once we got that figured out, it went together easily!

GOPLUS OFFERS ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT ONCE YOU BUY. I HAVE HAD THIS KAYAK RACK FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS. THE RUBBER SLEEVE THAT IS ON THE KAYAK SUPPORTS HAS DETERIORATED. YOU CANNOT GET A REPLACEMENT. YOU CANNOT GET A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. IT IS A JOKE.

Once assembled, this product has been great. But it was challenging to assemble. There were not clear directions. It took over an hour with two people working on it.

I have two kayaks, and store against the wall. I need to attach the rack to the side of the garage but otherwise, I really like it. Easy to get kayaks on and off, but very compact storage.

This kayak rack was perfect for storing our kayaks in our shed. It was easy to put together and very sturdy.

We live on Cape Cod and have a pond in our back yard. With nine grandchildren who visit all summer long we needed something that would be strong enough to hold the 6 kayaks and 2 paddle boards that they use. We attached them back to back and secude them into the ground near the water. This has worked out perfectly. During the winter we throw a large tarp over them

We had to get this as we had limited space in the buildings garage. My daughters and my kayak fit perfectly and feel safe.

I bought this unit after my #1 choice changed from "get it tomorrow"(yeah, I know it's now the ultimate lie of Amazon) to getting it by the end of summer. The main complaint here is that this is a bit hard to assemble, and the instructions are not great. Everything is included though you will have to figure out which bolts fit where yourself. It was a bit strange that 2 pieces had a black-on-black design painted on them and the rest did not. Still, it took me less than a half-hour to assemble. The only thing missing is that it does not have the wheels our #1 choice had. It easily met our storage needs, both 14' kayaks are easy to load, take up minimal garage space and as a bonus, look great too. I don't think I'll miss those wheels one bit.

I had to get my kayaks out of my gym /shed. Lovely place for them but I needed my gym back so I ordered this kayak rack. Upon unboxing we realized there are several parts and an instruction guide. I would say the worst part about this item is that the instruction guide dosent say what size bolt to use where. There are 5 different sizes, one with a rubber stand already attached, so I placed them aside. The other 4 however... The only way to determine which to use out of the other 4 is that there are 4 bolts to each size except one of the sizes there are 8. I would think this makes it easy to decipher where the 8 go, however with 2 of us we still guessed wrong. Instead of unbolting, I went to the local hardware store, I needed chain and lock to lock the kayaks after anyway. I bought 8 of the correct size, had a nice lunch and took my work outside to finish. The results are fantastic. I'm very happy. It took some assembly time but in the end it was so worth it.

I gave the item a three stars because the product overall is good, however the instructions are very poor, and if you need to return the item it will cost you about $60.1st the instructions: If you follow the instructions and use the bolts they tell you to use, you will not be able to assemble the item, as the 8 bolts provided to assemble the parts that actually hold your kayaks/SUPs/Boards are too short. I had to go back and harvest the bolts from the legs and the cross bar to attach the hooked parts that hold the kayaks/SUPs/Boards. Luckily these other bolts were long enough, and all the lock nuts were the same. I took off one star for this.2nd the return experience: I bought this to hold our inflatable SUPs which are relatively wide at 34". I was concerned that they might not fit as the company doesn't provide the dimensions between the bottom level and the top level. When we received the item the package said they would only accept returns in the original packaging. Since I was originally concerned about the SUPs fitting I decided not to open it and decided I would return the item. One of the nice things about Amazon prime is that you can return items simply, easily and free. I didn't realize it at the time but this item is not available for amazon prime therefore returning it will cost you about $60 or more depending on where you live. In the end I decided to keep it because I figured if it didn't work for our purposes I could at least sell it on Craigslist for more than $60. It ended up working great for our purpose (36" is probably the maximum that will fit on the lower rung) so overall I am happy with the purchase. I removed 1 stars as a result of this.Buyer beware if you buy this and don't like it you might as well keep it. Yes, the instructions are somewhat challenging to understand, but with time and patience putting together this product was ok. It is a well constructed rack and comfortably holds my two 9' kayaks. I highly recommend this product to anyone that is willing to build it.
