First unit arrived with a screw loose inside.. literally rolling around.Second unit arrived fine.Both units disconnect often from the game, at random times, and are basically useless. These were supposed to be the latest in catchers, but they do worse than the older models and other brands.These do not use blue or yellow balls, and limit you to using red balls - just like every other old device..Went to return them because they perform so poorly and there's no support to do so.
