Posts are to short for grote jazz guitar head stock. I guess the Gotoh non-locking “large” schaller style tuners work, too bad, I really wanted locking tuners.

Fit the Blackstar without any mods. Tricky locking mechanism, but they work perfectly and look really nice, very vintage. Thumbs up.

This is a drop-in replacement for PRS SE tuners that gives you the vintage look. Easy installation. Functionally, they are a little tricky at first but once you figure it out, they work great. Would not hesitate to purchase again on future PRS SE guitars. Installed in SE 245 and it looks great.

Took me a second to get the hang of getting the strings in, as the instructions were a bit vague. Once you figure it out they are great a d easy to install.

Explanation of how the locking process works could be a bit better ..These work perfect for Electromatic guitars with same style tuners...NOT the two-screw version....

I wanted to write this to help anyone else thinking of buying these for an ESP Ltd EC-256 guitar. They work great and look awesome on my lemon drop guitar because they retain a vintage look. However it was a bit difficult to install and I want to make you aware of the things that caused this so that you won’t have the same struggles. When you put them through the peg holes of the headstock and try to screw in the washers that come with these tuners you will notice they are too short and will be freaked out. Fortunately I didn’t stop there and figured out a solution. The washers that come with these tuners are too thick for this guitar so don’t use them! Use the existing washers that were on the stock tuners, they are thinner and will allow you to use these tuners. To string up the guitar use a coin to loosen the tuners until they are lined up and the string hole is completely open. Then pull each string through and hold tight and angle upward, then just start turning the tuning peg and it will close the string hole then the peg will start turning and tuning the string to pitch. Then to re-string it’s tricky but use the coin on top of peg head to loosen hole while turning peg head to loosen as well until the hole opens and you can pull string back out. It sounds tricky but it’s easy after the first attempt and you will love how good they work after you are comfortable with the procedures. Once you get these you will see why I wrote this to help, the instructions that come with these are poorly described and must have been poorly translated by someone from Japanese to English.
