Much lighter than the original carrier unit. Works well with the solar panels and batteries and is quiet. Symbol s on the control panel are so similar that I was confused

The first unit showed up very damaged and would leak all of its refrigerant within a few hours. It appeared as if it was damaged during the shipping process. The company sent a replacement and the unit seems to be working as intended. I highly recommend setting the unit up on some saw horses and letting it run before installing in your vehicle. We hope to test it out more soon and will be able to leave more feedback. If someone else can help explain to me the temperature up and down buttons I'd appreciate it. When you push the temperature up and down buttons it does not change the desired temperature it displays p3 through p20. I'm assuming p3 is coldest and p20 is warmest.

I purchased in June and have been using since around August once installed. All was great with the ac but the heat is horrible. I have this being powered by a 200 amp hour battery and it works but quality is not there. Heating is just horrible. I would not advise using this product, especially at the $1000 price point. Hook it up to the vehicle and not it’s good!
