Only rated a one star because only a few weeks after installing the icicle lights started blinking random colors and not turning on or flickering when not in use.Then the curtain lights power box which was in a container out of the elements started sparking and burned up thankfully outside.Hope they get this fixed because it was great when it was working.

Love these! I used them for Christmas and left them up for an extended time. I have not had any problems with Govee products.

I used these to decorate my home for the holidays. I usually do it up pretty good with music all synced up to my lights and such and these made the job much easier as they all sync together... in theory. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is two fold.1: the lights didn't always quite sync to each other, making the performance a little clunky.2. One side of the icicle lights went out constantly and I still can't find a reason for it. Seems to be a commen issue.All that said, they are bright and have great patterns. The lights themselves are house in a thick, hardy wire so they don't stick out, begging to be broken or help them get all tangled.Cheaper than twinkly lights and gets the job done.

I purchased Govee because I felt they that were putting more into their app than any other company. App support is crucial for products like this! I received my Xmas box and set up my lights. After a few days one set of lights had issues so I contacted govee through the customer support link in their app. Less then 12 hours later they responded and shipped out a new set of lights. I receive the lights and there was a mix up. I received the strand lights (also in my Xmas box set) and not the icicle lights which were the ones that had issues . Govee responded again within a few hours, apologized for shipping the wrong ones and sent out the correct lights. Govee also refunded me the difference from my purchase and the Black Friday sale price! I have my new lights up and they’re working plus they let me keep the ones they sent out that were the wrong set! I was so happy I purchased their permanent LED pro lights on cyber Monday! Love these lights! Love that I feel safe using an app supported product for years to come! Don’t brands may be cheaper but will their app work next year? Govee’s app will!

With these lights, our home has truly become a winter wonderland. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their Christmas celebrations!Edit*** I ordered two sets of these Christmas lights. From both sets the icicle lights failed. And even though Govees customer service is fast at getting you another product. It’s almost Christmas time, and that’s back up the ladder for me. And another whole day lost hanging lights. Unfortunately they lose their value when you have to do it twice. I’m worried about my other lights because now because I feel like they will fail by next year. I hope they prove me wrong because this set was expensive.
