I tried setting it up according to the instructions and it was useless----it will be returned.

While the concept of this cheap little modulator is intriguing, because it allows individually setting NTSC/PAL as well as the audio subcarrier frequency, it just straight up doesn't work with anything except plain NTSC. Would have been nice, but oh well. For under $20 is just too good to be true.
