I ordered several items from Gozney. I have the arc xl oven and a plethora of accessories. I ordered 2 of the 14” pizza peels in my recent order and they arrived with mold on them. I’ve been trying to return them for over a week and keep getting the run around from Gozney about getting a proper return label (even though it’s against UPS policy to ship moldy items). This is not a reflection of Amazon as this was purchased direct on the Gozney site. Considering the price point of their products I cannot believe the lack of customer service. If I had bought direct from Amazon this would have been very easy to rectify.
