Competently replaces super-expensive OEM ink. This ink looks great, works great & cost significantly less than than OEM -made ink. I used this on Hewlett Packard MFP M281 cdw with no problems. Lasts many years without drying up or becoming unusable. Has never triggered any faults or fault codes on my printer.

BOUGHT A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO. OVER 60% LEFT, BUT SOME OF THE TONERS ARE NOW LEAKING. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

It seems to work fine except for the yellow toner. My printer will recognize it for a one or two prints and then it won’t recognize it anymore. I’ve done multiple trouble shooting based on directions and after trying like 50 times it works again for a print or two and then again it fails. So it sucks!

Initially, my experience wasn't great. The ink toners I received a year ago were defective—all the colors didn't work. However, the company reached out recently and offered me a refund. While I had issues with the product at first, their willingness to fix it and provide a refund showed me they do care about customer satisfaction and have good support. I appreciate their effort to make things right.

I was hesitant to order an unknown brand, but the great price made it hard to pass up. They arrived timely and were nicely packaged. I followed the directions about turning off the firmware updates, HP brand cartridge recognition setting, and wiping the edge of each cartridge after pulling the toner release tape off and before loading it, and so far so good.All four of the cartridges were recognized by the printer as a non-HP brand cartridge, each showed up as having 100% ink, and everything prints great. Time will tell as far as how many pages I actually get and how long they last, etc., but I'd definitely reorder based on what I have seen so far.The box states there's a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, and lists the company's e-mail, phone, and web site for support.

I purchase the Premium Toner Cartridge 202X package, March 2, 2023. The Amazon warranty is long expired, but the Black cartridge has now started leaking, as the spotting in the photo shows. It has been several months, since the installation, but I use my printer very rarely. This issue is not caused by either overuse, or a bad installation and setup. I've carefully wiped the roller to clean off the toner powder, yet every time I print a page the toner residue leaks out onto the roller again. I printed two sample pages, one with the H.P. black toner cartridge, and the other page, with the Premium Toner Cartridge 202X black cartridge. I've tried to contact the seller, to ask if there is anything I can do to resolve the issue, but I have been unsuccessful in reaching them. I'm hoping that this review will prompt a direct contact with the GPC Image company.

These were fine for about the first month, but then started leaving coloured streaks all over printed material. Have tried the cleaning page from printer settings to no avail. Do not buy!!!

I purchased this item just over a month ago and initially it worked great. I only opened and inserted the black cartridge as the other colors were not empty yet. Recently the print quality deteriorated and the printer began to print streaks and spots along the edges of the paper. I removed the black cartridge and could see toner stuck to the roller which was the obvious source of the streaks and spots. I looked at the box which stated that there is a 2 year warranty on the product and a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee but there is no information about how to contact the company. I contacted Amazon who graciously offered to replace the product which I am waiting for delivery tomorrow. I'm skeptical about the other cartridges and of course the replacements that I will be receiving. It seems that the price is too good to be true.The company corrected the problem and sent me replacements at no cost. Their product is now working to my satisfaction and I would recommend this item.

it appears afterIcontacted the company on the cartridge label via phone and email they claim that EZ ink does not sell this product. I got a Supply memory error on the cyan cartridge from my printer. the original hp cartridge needed to be put back in order to print . it is very difficult to get instant help on this and i am now out a cyan color on my printer. awaiting feedback from vendor via amazon the hope is to only can replace the cyan as expedient as possible as I am running out of ink on the original cartridgeiIreserve my rating towards the result of the customer service but am not happy that i have to go through this maybe next time bite the bullet and buy the hp product for a higher priceI contacted the customer service team of the vendor and i was impressed that they send me not only a blue replacement cartridge but a complete replacement of the order. thank younow all colors are printing with out any issues and the output is vibrant sharp just like the original HPBravo wish everybody would serve a Customer like that .

I have a HP LaserJet M254dw and a small craft business (I do cards, custom favors, ect). I don't wan't to spend a lot of money replacing toners because my business is really small, I basicaly do craft for closer friends and family because I have my formal job. I live in Panama (the country no the city) and here the generic toners cost almos the same than the originals, so I decided to try this really cheapy option and see what happens.The toners arrived last week, but just today I replaced it (I leave my black tonner because it have a littler more to give yet haha), I was affraid that the printer will not recognize the generic toners, the quality was bad or the toners split every where, but was not the case, I install the tonners and the printer inmediatly recognized them, I do not did any additional step, just install and turn on (it take some seconds to initiate as always) the printer.I did a test and I was really surprised about the print quality, It is practically the same of the genuine toners, I don't see any difference, of course I will continue testing the toners, I will do some projects for my clients and I will come back with some updates in case the print quality change or I have value information to share about toners.
