As easy as any other plunger to install. It will install in my medium priced Hoyt riser or my kiddo's PSE razorback. When installed it is as easy to adjust as the other models. It works as well as any other plunger, and comes with a different spring (heavier/lighter?) and another tip. You can choose between plastic and metal.WHY do these not come with ANY instructions? Nothing. My other higher priced plunger came with none also.Shipping - it's a small item easy to ship. It took 3 times as long as anything else ordered on Amazon. If you are not in a hurry it's a good plunger at an even better price.
