I really like the design and style of this set, I received the matching teapot in perfect condition. The creamer pot was shipped well and had no issues, however the sugar container had a broken handle upon arrival. I am hoping the replacement will be shipped in better condition.

Doesn't work..... It doesn't stay close enough to me. I had to order a boppey pillow after I already spent $ on this thing.

These are attractive, but unfortunately when you use the creamer the cream pours out through the openings around the spout. Very embarrassing as the first I used them was for company. Had to find another container for my cream.

Online images of this product can in NO WAY do it justice ... this china sugar/creamer set is delicate, delightful, and G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S. They are PERFECT for a dinner party because they are impressive and appear to be MUCH more expensive than they are. And, of course, white matches EVERYTHING. :-)

I'm happy with the quality of this product, except that the colors were not consistent. I ordered the teapot, cups/saucers, dessert plates and the sugar/creamer sets. The dessert plates and teapot are stark white and the cups/saucers and sugar creamer sets are all cream colored, I ordered it as a gift and had to wait 6 weeks for part of my shipment to arrive after the first two shipments. I even double checked my order to make sure I ordered all "White". I don't want the hassle of returning it as the reciever's birthday is only days away now, but I wouldn't order from this company again.
