I had two, tall, rusted, disgusting bolts on the toilet in the rental unit I live in. These caps were the perfect solution. They fit snugly. Tip: when pushing the insert down onto the bolt, twist it as if screwing down a nut. Look at the vanes inside the insert, and twist it in the direction of least resistance.
