The design is cute. The yellow is VERY vivid. Looks great with my theme. It is a thinner quilt (more like a blanket than a quilt) but we don't mind, my husband is very hot natured and I don't mind layering up. They are very starchy and scratchy out of the package, so make sure to wash with fabrc softener. I didn't have any on hand so I used a little bit of Oxi, a Tide Pod, and some Arm and Hammer liquid deodorant, then dried with 3 dryer sheets and that fluffed it up quite nice. Probably could cut down on all that with just some fabric softener though lol.

This was bought based on picture as a man’s navy/gold quilt. The gold is yellow & has flowers. Too late to return - just disappointed

I have a very tall king size bed and have had lots of trouble finding a coverlet long enough to cover the sides. I meant to order the California King in order to have the extra 3" on the sides, but I accidently ordered the Oversize King and it still worked. I still will use a bed skirt, but I absolutely love the coverlet. It is a great weight, light but comfortable. The colors are very vivid.
