These are much better than I expected: substantial and totally opaque (not thin like Old Navy linen) and with a really flattering cut and nice drape. I washed them on warm, dried them for a few minutes in the dryer and then hung them and they did not shrink or require ironing. I bought the black and have ordered another pair in white. I noticed that some people have complained about the buttons but they were the first thing my husband admired--they give the pants a kind of nautical vibe (and they even provjde an extra one). We'll see how they hold up, but I'm very impressed so far.

Super comfortable pants that fit true to size. They also have great pockets that allow you to carry a pen. I have now washed the pants numerous times and seen no shrinkage or fading in color.

I loved using these pants while we were on vacation. They were breathable and really helped me with the super humid weather. They were a bit larger than expected and I did have to really tighten the waist with the string. Later on the string did tear apart due to the tension. Length wise it is pretty awesome since I am below 5' and I did not need to get it adjusted, just wore it as a high waist pair of pants.
