I have some older Definitive surround speakers. The grill fabric was extremely dirty and in cleaning it, I realized it would be easier to replace than scrub with potential danger to the speakers. I removed the dirty old fabric and proceeded to glue the new fabric. The new fabric is easy to cut. It stretches some and I stretched it to my liking. I am not sure I used the correct glue but it worked. I used the glue that is cured almost instantly with the blue light. It worked fine. Lessons learned, make sure the glue is on the back part not easily seen as it was visible. Another glue type is probably better, but this was easy and worked for me.

This audio mesh greatly helped implement and improve the quality and reliability of the audio system. This was the best possible result for me on an audio recording system designed device.

The painter who had painted our house previous to our purchase of it had just messily painted over the in wall speakers, clogging the holes and painting over the cloth. I was repainting a room and took the covers off the speakers and went online to check for grille replacements. After reeling at the pricing, I set out to find a good acoustic cloth and found this for a decent price. A little work to peel off the cloth on the inside, then I took a small nail and re-opened the paint closed holes. After painting the old grilles with a 'dry brush' technique I learned from an old handyman (no issues with too much paint clogging the grille holes!), I let them dry and then cut the fabric to fit, tack-glued it to the back of the grille, then put them back up. Looks perfect, and the sound out of the speakers seems much clearer than before. Very happy with this cloth. Recommended!
