I got this to make Neufchatel style herbed spreads and have been very pleased so far. The device is simple to use and once you've achieved the texture you want, all you have to do is add your choice of fresh or dried herbs and spices for incredible spreads. great way to make lower fat options to cream cheese for recipes as well. One tip is to take your time with the pressing so that you don't accidentally cause it to leak through which can happen if you apply to much force to the amount inside.
