The set screws on these knobs are very helpful for holding them in place. The photos I uploaded show them on a split-shaft style pot. A tip for those with split-shaft and set screw knobs is to wedge a small section of wood or other material within the slot. This prevents the shaft from squeezing too much from the pressure of a set screw. This tip isn't essential, but most useful for those that really want to tighten things down so there is no chance of coming loose.This 3 pack of knobs in 2 sizes also includes a mini-flathead screwdriver for tightening the set screw. I consider this a quality part for a reasonable cost.
