Who ever said it's not 6-8 inches long obviously doesn't know how to re-adjust size. Here's my DIY Splitter Mod. If you know what you doing, you will have good results like this. P.S. I did not use manufactured screws sent to me. I used my very own lock nut/washers. I recommend this to all, if you don't want your splitter rods to be falling off on the roads

Needed supports 8 inches long these are not even remotely close and are VERY poor quality would recommend buying elsewhere dec/20/17
