I returned the tile because it wasn't the right color. I was refunded the amount of my purchase, however, be aware that shipping costs are the customers responsibility. When your shipping almost 50 pounds, for two boxes, that turns out to be very expensive.The first order I received a few years ago was absolutely perfect, and happens to be my favorite feature in my kitchen. The tile has depth, sheen, and is like nothing they sell in the stores. I accompanied the tile with a butcher block counter top, found on Amazon, bamboo roman shades, stainless steel sink, again found on Amazon, and white cupboards. It is very relaxing, inviting and natural.I do suggest ordering as much as your going to need to finish your project so that the color is a match. It is important to support locally owned businesses, and this business has proved to me they carry a remarkable product. Color variation is due to their hand painted nature.
