What I received looks like the picture. They are made from a 3 1/2 inch piece of sharp twisted firm wire with about 1 1/2 -2 inches of wire like green bristles attached. They are difficult to bend and the ends of the wire at both ends are very sharp. I would not recommend young children trying to craft with these.

Cute little twigs, but arrived in a bag with almost every single one with bent or twisted needles. It took a lot of additional work to make them look nice.

These came shoved in a plastic bag that was tied and the picks were all poking out of the bag. A lot of them were bent. They work for what I needed them for to put in between pinecones in a display. I would not purchase them again.
