The build quality of this heating and cooling outlet feels solid and reliable, but there are a few quirks to navigate. It’s designed with a single outlet, so you’ll need to choose whether to use it for heating or cooling—it can’t handle both simultaneously. The user interface, unfortunately, is not very intuitive, and even with the instructions, setting it up can be frustrating. Losing the manual would definitely make things harder, so keep it handy. Once you’ve gone through the setup process, though, the device works efficiently and does exactly what it promises.

We ordered the switch because we knew we could use it for a ton of different scenarios. Its current duties stand as a temperature switch for our dogs heater going into the fall and winter months. We plan to use this to operate a fan during the hotter months as well. In case any of that doesn't work out, there are tons of other options and uses for this as well. The screen is not bright enough and not too complicated to set up. The wire seem flexible and thick enough as to not cause any immediate worry. I like the fact that it has a grounded cord as you'd be surprised what's coming out without grounded cord these days. Overall seems to be functioning as expected and is a decent value.

Brought 2 to put in my greenhouse. Either one work . I get a red light but no green one .I have e mailed company but as of today have not heard from them . Will be returning.

This was far easier to setup and use than I had anticipated. The temperature sensor seems to be faily accurate to within a degree or so. Also looks/feels well engineered to last.

I first used this product to control my overnight heater in my basement veggie grow tent. It was 100% reliable. I am now using it control my cooling ventilation fan in my propagation cabinet. The 'always on' display shows current temperature and the low/high or high/low trip points. You don't have to scroll thru menus to set what is going on, nice design.
