Greenlee round standard metal punch units are complete units consisting of punch, die and draw stud. They can punch quick clean holes through metal up to 10 gauge (check specs for specific punches). They can be used with battery-powered, hydraulic, ratchet or manual drivers. Properly assembled through pilot holes, they will make clean, fast and accurate holes. After cutting the slug falls free in the die, and a quick tip drops it out. Kit includes punches and dies for 2-1/2, 3, 3-1/4 and 4-Inch conduit.

When you are buying a set like this, you are not just throwing cash into thin air. You expect a good product and these punches are great. You can use a hole saw for these larger holes but they are not nearly as fast and CLEAN. No need to file edges as the cut is clean. We have multiple punch kits but we needed another large set to cover multiple jobs being done at the same time in very different locations.The only caveat to buying this set is that it does not come with the adapter. Kills me for the amount of cash you pay for the punches that they cannot just build that into the set.
