1st off this product isn't good enought to keep any dog of any size caged up. 2nd off the customer support from Amazon and crymarket are complete trash. I wouldn't pay $5 for this junk learned My lesson. Also make sure you order moths before you need it because the item will not show up on time and then they will give you the run around saying it was delivered in the time frame they gave. Again amazon and crymarket or whatever the company's name is blew it on this product. Go elsewhere.

They aren't what I expect they are cheap made, not for large dogs or medium size dogs the wire looks like chicken wire my dog torn out of them in day the pole snaps together and the wire is put on with plastic stirs. Try to spend them back but they wanted me to pay for shipping I payed for shipping went I bought them they should payed the return it may be good rabbit 🐇 or something real small it different than the pictures

Very easy step by step directions. Easy assembly, either alone or with someone else.Cons- not very sturdy. The locking mechanism slides around on the post. Fencing is not very thick and very bendable. More for small dogs and farm animals (chickens, ducks, geese)

We had the Kennel most assembled when we realized the hinges for the door were missing. I reached out to the supplier (Cyermarket) and they shipped out replacement hinges in just a few days.Great product, great service!

Instructions were not very clear. Chain link was very cheap. Put our own heavy duty chainlink on it. Cover was nice.

Before I review the Kennel, I want to give a shout out to "CYERMARKET" the company that sells this unit.Due to bad handling by the shipper, both boxes came broken open, and in that process 1 of the plastic bags that held the door hinge and latch assemblies, was ripped open, and an essential part was missing.I contacted the seller through Amazon, and they responded quickly. Not only did they take full responsibility for the shipper's carelessness, but they also had the missing part shipped out immediately and contacted the shipper of the issue. I received the part 2 days later. Outstanding customer service.Two negative issues that caused me to give this product a 4-star rating, that I believe should be address by the manufacture.I. They should print the images larger. I realize that this may require a larger sheet of paper, but it would help.2. Following the pictorial instructions, they have you placing the fencing on the gate before you mount the fencing to the kennel. This caused me some hardship because the piece for the gate was located at the very inner end of the rolled fencing. Not realizing this, partially my fault, I cut a piece to fit the gate from the leading edge of the roll. Later when I went to wrap the fencing around the kennel, I find the gate piece in the very center. I was able to remove the piece I cut and installed the piece for the gate. Then I was able to mate up the piece I cut to the remaining fencing. You have to do this because of the grain. In the end it all worked out and you don't notice the mending.They should put the gate piece on the outside or rolled separately.I was really impressed with the overall ease of assembly. I didn't have another person to help, but with some ingenuity, I was able to complete the build by myself thanks to the type of construction.The method of clamping upright poles and self-tapping screws was an excellent method and worked well throughout construction.The waterproof cover so far has done its job and after a couple of rainstorms, I went out and re-tightened the cover.It looks great in our yard, enough so that my neighbors on each side have come over and complimented me about it. Both have German Shepards and were surprised how well their dogs would fit inside.We have a 9-month Black Lab and a 7-year-old Coon Dog. The young Lab is very playful and with his toys in the kennel he bumps into everything tossing them around and jumping on them. So far, no destruction. Keeping my fingers crossed.I don't think that for the money, we could have gotten a better kennel. It was easy to install, looks good, and so far, has kept our dogs in.They say you get what you pay for. My neighbor spent 4 times what we spent, and you can tell the difference. But even he said that the quality for the money couldn't be beat. I agree.
