The part is about 1/4 inch shorter than the one that came with the die grinder but it does work, the quality seems to be good, all other dimensions are correct and it does hold the shank tight, someone may want to consider adding the basic dimensions (length, O.D. etc.) to the description because even though it worked for me it may not work for someone else?

This fits my Ingersoll Rand 3107G & 3101G die grinders. It is a direct fit and works exactly as it should.
