What can't you cook with this device?Other then it's size (great for a couple but not a family), there is so much you can do with this outdoor cooking system.I recommend the kitchen in a box and the rotisserie accessory if you really want to get cooking. If you love to cook outdoors and live in a condo or apartment, it is very safe and convenient. 10 to 12 charcoal briquetts will get the party started.A second base unit gives you even more options.Great for gourmet camping or a day at the beach. It can grill, roast, fry, rotisserie, smoke, steam, baking and BBQ. The latter having the least dramatic results. It can make pizza too but it is to small to be considered one of it's best features. There are a lot of accessories you can search out that I have found, to give you even more options. Especially with the rotisserie. I have found most gadgets that fit in a small rotisserie oven work with the Cobb that increase the volume if food you can cook. I have a found a 10 kabob unit and a grilling cages both flat (for fish) and round (for chicken and vegetables). I have cooked up to 25 party wings in it!I also found a USB rotisserie motor for it.I have used this grill for over 10 years. They are always doing somthin to improve their productsNext to my Weber kettle, this device is one of the best investments in outdoor cooking. Some suggestions: Don't be tempted to use more charcoal then recommended. The dome handle can't handle it (pun intended). You will need to add a few more briquettes for longer cooks, approximately every 45 minutes depending on the weather.Tips: For easy clean up don't use sugary sauces or olive oil. Use Sam's Club Member's Mark Commercial Oven, Grill and Fryer Cleaner. Don't over tighten the lid handle.

I cook off grid quite a lot and was recommended this by other off gridders. It’s fairly easy to use, there’s been a bit of trial and error with cooking times though as these vary depending how cold it is outside (not mentioned in instructions). Also had to find a YouTube video on how to reassemble the kit back into the bag as there’s no step by step in the instructions. Quality itself is good. Would recommend buying the full kit from the off if you think you’re going to need more than the basic as many I know have bought accessories to add later and reported that they don’t fit properly.

This grille is more like an oven, but does a fantastic job. Cooks with a small amount of fuel, is easy to handle and perfectly sized to keep on the boat. I’ve done several different meals on it so far, and the frying pan is worth the extra for the kitchen in a box price. Only down side is I never learned the metric system in school and the cookbook is in metrics...sorry Mr. Carter.

I have had this set since appx. 2008 and LOVE it. Yes, it is pricey if one looks at 'dollar per square inch cooking surface' type of view but if you appreciate finely made products that will outlive you AND THEN be useful and appreciated by future users, this is the grill for you! I also have all the other options made-pizza stone w. spacer, water boiling kettle, bamboo cutting board/dome lid cover keeper. The size is PERFECT for 2-3 people. It is astronomically efficient- cook meals with 3-7 hardwood briquettes!!! Really! This efficiency alone would justify the price tag for frequent users. The only thing that would make this PERFECT is to devise a rice steamer that would take the boiling water from the kettle, pour it into a steamer, then complete steaming pre- soaked rice!
