This is good.Steam is an effective way to clean a grill. Better than a wire brush. I don’t know that my experience was life-changing, but it’s good. You can decide if it’s worth the price.

Do not waste your money on this! I've used it 4 times just to give it a chance but it's terrible. I followed the instructions and made sure the grill was warm/hot and used clean water. Also, after using it I washed it by hand and then put it in the dishwasher but it never came clean.

I was skeptical. but cleanup was needed after a long day of smoking ribs. Lots of juices and sauce on the grill. I used to remove them and take into house to clean at sink. No longer necessary! This tools does a great job of steaming off the grease and grime. When I was done I popped it in the dishwasher. Ready to go again.Need to try on my Blackstone next.

I really thought to myself there is no way I can just get this thing wet and clean my grill, it just cannot be that easy. But it is that easy. And it works so well. Like way better than I thought it would be capable of cleaning. It's sturdy too, and way bigger than it looks in the pic. I am going to order one of these for each of the men in my life for fathers day! These are going to be a huge hit.

After hearing some horror stories about metal bristle brushes, we really wanted to try out this style of grill brush. Thank goodness we never had any issues with all the decades we've been using the wire brush, but didn't want to keep taking the chance since we knew there was always the risk. The other alternative we tried was aluminum foil. It also works in a pinch, but not as effective at getting the grill really cleaned. Plus, don't like to waste so much aluminum foil >This brush is not as basic as a wire brush, but not a huge inconvenience either. I think the little extra is worth the peace of mind. We just soaked it in a bowl of water while the grill was heating up, and when you start scrubbing, the steam helps to break up any of the left behind grime. It worked really well for both the grill and griddle. I must say it took a little more elbow grease than I anticipated though. My husband said it wasn't difficult at all though, so I guess it depends on who you ask lol Afterwards, scrubbed the grill down while it was still hot and looked better than before :) It also has a metal scraper part on the back for tougher bits (not sure if that part will have rusting issue later, but time will tell).Once the pad cooled down a bit, we just washed it down by hand to get the grime off the pad itself and let it airdry. Not sure how long the pad material will last, but it is holding up better than I had imagined. Also not sure how you can replace the head down the road & reuse the handle, or if just need to chuck the whole thing an get a new one, but will cross that bridge when we get there.Seems comparable to other name brands. The list price seems a little high, but about the same price as the name brand items. I've also seen it go on sale for a good price. Not sure if the name brand would outlast this one, but it seems to be holding up great & we are satisfied after the first few uses we've put it through.
