Grilla hasn't been delivering the mammoths on time. Customers are wondering where their grill is. Also, customer service doesn't answer. You get stuck on the phone. If you request the call back you won't receive one.

Mine was ordered directly from Grilla at a savings $269 from the Amazon source.Packaging was well done and delivery to Texas was 5 days. Assembled it in about 45 minutes by myself. Locking casters allowed bringing it upright without assistance. Materials, fit and finish are very good.
