I don't think I can live without this now. I make all sorts of things besides paninis/ grilled cheeses. My favorite is this makes the perfect fried eggs!!!

This makes the absolute perfect grilled cheese! Small and easy to store and clean. Makes an awesome breakfast sandwich too. Just make sure to cut your sandwich diagonally, or it will not taste as good. It’s science. I wish it flipped all the way open and that the latch gripped the sandwich a smidge tighter. But it’s still awesome and I’m never getting rid of it unless it breaks and then I’ll write another review about that.

This is a great sandwich maker. The only negative, if anything is the short handles. I prefer longer ones. What I like is that the two halves stay together. I have another type that come apart and they are difficult to get back together.
