I received the GrillPro 60013 Replacement Rotisserie Motor,Black on May15, 2020. I used it maybe 3 times. As of August 7th 2020, it no longer works. I got in touch with Grill Pro and with no concern whatsoever, they casually passed the buck to Amazon. Not very professional in my opinion. One would think that for a $35.00 item, they would gladly replace it.Amazon made things right. Bottom line, I would not deal with Grill Pro again

Motor is too weak for cooking a Turkey, which is hard to balance.

I have not had this for very long so I can't speak for longevity but it is working great. I have a Weber Genesis BBQ and it fit right into the bracket that held my original motor that died after getting left out in the rain! An important feature I looked for with this unit is the ability to reverse direction if it binds on something like a turkey drumstick that might come loose. In that case the motor doesn't burn out (also ruining the meat) but continues to go back and forth for the duration of the cooking.

This product was not made to run for a longer period of time. It also could not handle the weight that it advertised. It was the quietest rotisserie I ever used.

Works well when it works. I'm using it to rotate the platter on a Blackstone pizza ovens as many others have. Mine often stops for 5-10 seconds for no apparent reason. Maybe I got a bad one. I plan to return it and try another.

We purchased this as a replacement motor for my husband's older gas grill "converted" to charcoal grill. The old one slid off the bracket and this new slid on! Perfect and ready for the amazing pork roast he rotisseried. The longer cord was nice too.

I bought this motor for something other than to use as a rotisserie, where I used it to turn a spotlight. It worked well. I didn't give it 5 stars because I felt it was a little overpriced.

This motor is quiet and is working fine. However, it has had somewhat limited usage (6 run hours) at this point. The motor will reverse direction as designed when resistance is detected rather than stop on thermal cutout or other - a nice feature. Well designed with good build quality. I would recommend this replacement motor and give it an excellent rating for value. I did fabricate a motor bracket for my particular grill, while using my existing standard square rotisserie shaft.

This little unit was a PERFECT fit for the project I needed it for. Not a grill, but a motorized rotating platform for a annealing machine. I know, bizarre application, but it worked out just perfectly. Has a VERY slow gear reduced motor, and though I haven't measured it, I would guess in the 1 RPM range. Built well and has a nice switch and cord. I would have happily paid twice what I did for it, once seeing the quality and performance of the unit. Also, one great benefit which I did NOT realize until I played with it, is that if the motor encounters an obstruction, or blocking of the rotation, it will reverse direction and run the other way!! Which is pretty darn sweet. Buy with confidence. I would again in a minute.
