Seen these all over Tiktok and decided to grab a kit and it's awesome !At first, I was worried it wouldn't be tough enough or comfortable in my hands. But they provide good quality materials and foam covers. I also added a drop of oil on each so that it's completely quiet. Works like a charm .My grip and wrist strength shot up, and now I'm hitting better numbers in deadlifts and improved my bench press form and confidence. My hands don't slip or wobble as much anymore, so I feel more solid and confident lifting heavier. I brought it to work and we challenge eachother all the time even keeping a tally to see who's the strongest.I will be adding more of their tools to my collection!

Los hand grips son muy bueno por el recorrido recortado, te permite progresar al siguiente mas rapido y los colores se ven increibles, creo que no esta al nivel de los captain of crush pero es bueno en lo que cabe, supongo que si subieran de 40lb envez de 50lb seria mas rapido el progreso.

Post Covid, post house fire, post losing friends, I’ve lost all motivation and initiative to workout and be the best version of me that I want to be. I work a dead end job at a desk and can feel myself ballooning and wasting away.I received my grippers in the mail and instantly went to work. I thought I’d laugh at the 300 and just force Amazon to refund my money. It’s been a couple weeks and I’m just starting to work on the 150 gripper. These are legit.They start to creak after a little while once you break them in and can hit 30 rep sets. But you know what? That just means it’s time to move on to the next.

I have used quite a few handgrips in the past and I have to say that this one is my favorite.This gripper kit is very well design and made. Great quality and nothing flimsy about it. This will definitely last for a long time.This grip fits nicely in my hand. Not too small like some I’ve used in the past and your pinky is hanging off the grip.If you are a beginner you have the option to start with 50lbs and afterwards you can work your way up the weights until 300lbs as you get stronger.I really recommend buying this product!

Aside from the handle texture, gripzilla grip strength trainers get 5 stars 🌟.Compare these to those lame 60 kg weight plastic ones that are like 20 bucks. These ones take to the best of the best. I can already feel a difference in my grip strength. I can hang from pull up bars long enough to do leg raises

After a while it starts to make a loud squeaking sound that’s really obnoxious but other than that it’s really good quality and you get blisters on your finger of your skin from it that causes a small bubble to form ?!

Only minor and I mean minor issue is that I have 2 that have the same “lbs” labeled on the bottom. They are different colors but are both labeled 200lbs
