My husband uses this in his semi truck. He says it helps with his back, hip and leg pains. We ended up getting one for home too. This one is soft material and it’s a flat sheet not a fitted sheet. It’s easy to install and good quailty. He sleeps better also. It’s worth the money.

I ordered this item thinking it was a twin sized flat sheet. It was only big enough to cover the top of the mattress and didn’t have enough material to fold down over the sides… Not really functional if you’re planning to use it as a proper twin size bed sheet.

We bought this one to try it before we invested more in a full size sheet. We are definitely sleeping better.We took it off for a few days and almost immediately went back to waking up many times a night. Put it back on and we are sleeping through the night. We tried it under our fleece sheets and it did not work. We found it needs to be on top of the sheet. It is a flat sheet so we have it going across our bed so we are both laying on it. Also not pj bottoms. Maybe it will work if you are wearing natural fiber pjs? Maybe if we had natural fiber sheet on top?

I didn't feel any difference with the sheet. The bracelet thing also did nothing for me. This didn't come with the grounding tester thing for the wall (although I know mine works) that some other grounding sheets include.

Pretty nice, it slides around under you quite easily, so sometimes in the middle of the night, I have to reposition it, overall very nice.

I installed mine under my mattress pad so it doesn't move around. It was very easy to plug into the wall. I have been sleeping better in the very first few days that I installed it on my bed. I hope that it will require less washes that way. Still seems to work even though it's not in absolute contact with your skin. It comes with a nice little grounding bracelet that is easy to travel with as well or take to the office. All you do is connect the snap and plug it into the wall in your office.
