I tend to walk outside a lot, so maybe I'm more grounded to start with, but I couldn't really notice a difference with this.I'll try it for more nights in a row to see if it becomes more noticeable.

I only heard a little about grounding mats but everything I heard was positive. I was intrigued so when I saw this decided to order and give it a chance. I am keeping this at my desk at home and try to use it daily. I am hopeful that it will help with my aches and pains.

This grounding mat is of an odd shape, quite a bit longer than it is wide. I initially got it for my desk but do not like it there so I use it under my feet in the evenings. I am pleased that it is effective. Using it for a couple of hours daily, my joint aches and pains are decreased as are sundry other pains. I realized this when I did not sit with it for a couple of days and wondered why I was aching suddenly. I sat with this under my feet again and the pains decreased. All this sounds a bit unlikely but I was a sceptic at first, before i tried my first grounding mat. I am a big fan ever since.

I have been using it plugged in (the pic just shows how small it is), and I am not noticing anything from using it. Also I have 9.5 US feet and my feet barely fit on this thing, so what is up with the sizing on it? I am not sure what is this supposed to be ideal for? It doesn't seem like a typical foot mat shape. It feels like a piece of plastic and doesn't seem to have anything that shows that it is conducting or has any silver fibers in it or anything like that. So, for all I know, I am just sitting on a normal piece of material of some kind, and nothing is happening. I don't know. I will continue to use it at my desk during work and see if anything changes. But overall not impressed.

I got this after reviewing some things about grounding and thought it was interesting, so I decided to check it out. It is quite long, almost awkwardly long, and is not very wide. I believe if you have size 12 feet your feet would fit perfectly. It has a little cord that you can plug into the ground port of a receptacle and it does have the 15ft cord along with it. Overall, soft, awkwardly shaped, not 100% sure if it works but I figured I would give it a try
