The product does not work, can’t leave 0 stars. Used the test pen and an ohmmeter and it does not ground. Seems like a scam.

Conductor pen doesn't work so I have know idea if it's working. Tried to get help with this issue and had no luck. Will be returning this item

The color oddly matched my room, it is a light grey. I have plantar fascia, lower back pain, calf pain and a lot of wear & tear from being a hairstylist. Normally in the mornings I wake up and walk across the floor grumpy and painfully moving like a 95 year old who had a rough life.. I'm only 35!!! The product is light weight and didn't flare up my medical menopause hot flashes. This covered and folded under the foot of my full size bed. I used it from 10pm - 2:30am it did make me feel like I was in a daze about 2:00am so I unhooked it and slept on top. I'm just amazed with the results so much that I ordered my husband one for the bed he sleeps on.. never know may end up feeling so good the both of us we end up being ABLE to sleep in the SAME bed! I think the thing I'm most shocked about is my plantar fascia and my head n rgy level is great after just one use!
