Bought this for my dad and myself. The first few nights we both had wild dreams. It seems to help my joints though and my dad said his back doesn't hurt as bad.

Love this thing, I wished I would of invested in the sheets and pillow cause I have slept better and feel better already and the sheets covers the whole body not just a section

From the start, the ground chord did not have a firm connection to the mat. I have to check it constantly to make sure it stays plugged into the mat. Now, 45 days later, almost no connection ability at all. Takes several times for me to firmly hold the cord connection top down and make sure it stays connected. Also, the area of connection, on top of the mat, is in the way and I woke myself up several times the first few days to make sure I didn't accidentally disconnect the cord by moving in my sleep. Finally, flipped it to the other side of the lower bed space. Unfortunately, I'm 2 weeks past the point of return. I do NOT recommend this product because of poor design and function...not to mention I really haven't noticed any difference in how it makes me feel health-wise. Shop elsewhere...

I have really enjoyed this grounding mat. I have a lot less back pain and a much better quality of sleep since buying it. It was a good price. I actually have a queen bed, but I bought the king sheet . It still works out well I can tighten it up to fit my bed easily.

I tested this with a mutlimeter and it brought my voltage down to zero. So yes, it wotks. I also tested to see if I could have my base sheet on top of it and yes, it still brings it down to zero.I feel like I get up less often to pee. I feel like my knees aren't creaking as much or at all when I'm doing my squats. Workouts seem easier and I'm able to do more reps/weights. Time will tell but so far, loving it!

At eighty years old (yikes!) I have a number of 'accumulated health issues', so it's difficult to connect the dots & claim any miraculous improvements in the 2 months since I purchased the bed mat. However, I'd have to say that I now wake up in the mornings feeling less tired and a lot more 'functional' than previously. It's certainly doesn't cause any discomfort under my bedsheet so I'm keen to keep using it with hopes of achieving more gradual health improvements over time. Watch this space!
