Package Included: 1 Grounding Sheet + 1 Grounding Cord (15ft) Washing Instructions: The sheets will shrink by 4%-6%, because the sheets are pure natural fabrics, and pure natural fabrics will definitely shrink. This is normal. Adding anti-contraction agents can prevent shrinkage, but we don't do this because it can be harmful to your skin. The sheets can be machine washed with detergent but must be dried at low temperatures. High-temperature drying is not recommended.

I wish I had tested this item when I first received it in 2022. I just tested it now in 2025 in new condition and it shows zero grounding effectiveness. It doesn't work. There is no grounding going on. Bummer.

This grounding sheet I used for several weeks. It seemed to hold up okay though it only fits 2/3 to 3/4 of the body. I'm not sure it works, so the jury is still out. It would be nice if it was quite a bit larger.

I have been using this off and on for months now and really like it. It’s held up pretty well in the laundry. I hang it to dry and use gentle detergent with no dyes. Bought one as a gift as well.

Im not sure how to explain, but after sleeping with the grounding sheet I do feel more energy and different. I guess saying more balanced and light and more excited about the outcome of each day. Happy I have it

Comfortable! You cannot tell there is something underneath your sheets that is really helping you sleep better. We are not sure about other effects yet but we hope it will help with overall wellbeing.

Used it to be grounded because being around wi-fi all day charges you up with a lot of static electricity and using a grounding sheet gets rid of that problem. Thank you for this great invention~
