I have to be honest and say I never know if these sheets are doing anything, the don't make me feel refershed or "grounded" but then I have a bit of a hectic life running a dog rescue however, I feel that it is worth using them and hopefully reep the benefits even if I don't know.These are nice sheets, they are thin so they don't make you hot. It has 10% silver which seems to be a higher amount than other sheets.

Cable fails the continuity test. I had to cut the cable and remove the resistor from the cable and re-solder the connection. Why??? Why sell something that does not work? Why place a resistor in the cable?

My father did the same experiment as the video and it really lowers the body voltage. The ground wire has a built-in 100K ohm resistor for safety.I will continue to use it.

Woke up full of energy, it was my first attempt at grounding and it was amazing! Then I learned more about grounding and would recommend it to others.

Wake up feeling refreshed, This sheet comes with 10% silver fiber and is very soft,It's easy to use and wash. I'll buy another one for my sister.
